Chief Operations & Sales
Leading Ottimo Catering's operations and sales is Suresh Menon, a powerhouse with 30 years of experience in Singapore's hospitality and catering industry.
Suresh's impressive background includes the launch of two prestigious 5-star hotels – Orchard Hotel and Marriott Hotel Orchard. In these roles, he oversaw catering for a diverse range of events, from weddings and corporate seminars to conventions, product launches, and large-scale outside catering for up to 3,000 guests.
His experience extends beyond luxury hotels. As a General Manager for various F&B groups, Suresh demonstrated his versatility within the industry. A notable highlight is his role as Facilities Director for the inaugural Formula 1 event in Singapore, where he managed suites for around 1,500 VIPs.
With Suresh Menon at the helm, Ottimo Catering is well-positioned to deliver exceptional event experiences that cater to corporate functions, temple ceremonies, and church weddings, exceeding client expectations for each type of celebration.
